Remember: your website is not about you. It's about your ideal client. How can you provide an effective experience for them? Start with these three questions:

– What is your ideal client’s problem or fear?
– How are you uniquely equipped to solve it?
– How will they feel after working with you?

When you feel comfortable with your answers to those three questions, update your Brand Visuals, Brand Voice, and Brand Imagery to reflect your message.

Mistake #1: You're not thinking about your ideal client.

After your website design convinces a potential client to reach out, the last thing you want is for them to have any difficulty contacting you! Make it easy for them:

– Make "contact" the last item in your menu.
– Simplify your contact form.
– List your email address on your site.

*Quick tip: list your pricing on your website! Include at least a starting price or average investment. Focus on attracting the right clients for you.

Mistake #2: You're not making it easy to contact you.

Hidden pages (like this one) are simply pages on your website that do not appear in the navigation menu of your site. They are a great opportunity to deliver resources in a polished and professional format!

Brainstorm some opportunities to use hidden pages: how can you streamline your workflow and provide resources for your clients?
