Sweeping natural landscapes, a romantic bride, and muted pastel hues… this sunrise elopement is guaranteed to inspire!
From Ivory and Vine Event Co.: “Our sunrise editorial session in the Colorado foothills was inspired by organic textures, muted tones, and the natural landscape of the Colorado mountains and prairie. Decorus Photography captured the soft morning light through her use of film photography, focusing in on intimate moments between our bride and groom, the pale tones of the floral arrangements and the many textures that came through in the tablescape and detail vignettes.”
The invitation suite is crafted with floral whimsy: loosely sketched greenery, an organic wreath illustration, and elegant calligraphic details. I’m especially fond of the main envelope liner… the burst of floral detail adds drama as a guest unfolds their invitation, without losing any of the delicate elegance found throughout the suite. The design maintains a neutral color palette, with hints of dusty blush pink in the envelopes. Handmade paper, vintage stamps, and wax seals add the finishing touches.
I’m so honored to see this collaboration featured on Wedding Sparrow, a fine art inspiration resource for the romantic couple! It’s one of my own favorite wedding blogs, so I hope you’ll take a peek at our feature and enjoy this exquisite gallery below. I’d love to take a seat at this table… wouldn’t you?
