A Design Day helps you maintain a polished brand with one day of creative focus dedicated to you and your business.
A Design Day is set aside just for you: it gives us a dedicated session to dive into your brand and work thoughtfully to complete your tasklist.
Rather than breaking up your tasks into fragmented hourly projects, a Design Day allows us to fully focus on your brand—maximizing efficiency to complete your tasks with focus and intention.
Before booking, we'll outline a Design Day Blueprint detailing the scope of your desired tasks. This will ensure that we can allot the necessary time for each task, and it will set the order of priority in which tasks should be completed.

Prior to your Design Day, we will provide an organized place for you to upload any content or files necessary for us to complete your projects. Uploading your content ahead of time allows us to maximize our time when your Design Day arrives.

During your Design Day, we will be solely focused on completing your projects. We will use check-ins throughout the day to provide updates, receive feedback, and incorporate prompt design revisions. At the end of the day, your checklist will be complete!

What can we complete during a Design Day?
Design days are flexible. Our time together will be tailored to your needs, but common requests include:
All Design Days include release of print-ready files (high-resolution PDFs) and working files (Canva or Adobe Illustrator).
*Design Days do not include full-scale projects like Logo Design, Brand Design, or Website Design.

Which offering is right for me?
Half Design Days are ideal for completing a few small updates (for example, swapping out portfolio galleries on your website and adding new press features to your home page) or one new collateral project (like brand stationery design or one new website page).
Full Design Days allow us to tackle a more extensive list of updates, along with a few new pieces; they are ideal for multiple projects. If you are not sure which option is right for you, please reach out and we can discuss project scope to determine a best fit for your needs.
Do you offer Design Days for anyone?
Design Days are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept 1–2 Design Days per month, as availability allows. Design Day clients must have an existing brand design (logo, color palette, etc.). We only offer website updates on the Showit platform, and do not currently offer e-commerce design.
How will we communicate on our Design Day?
We communicate via comments in an Asana Workspace. We'll check in with an update several times throughout the Design Day, so you can stay up-to-date on our progress and provide feedback. We do recommend that you also set aside the Design Day to be available for any quick questions, scheduled check-ins, and prompt feedback.
When do I need to have my Content ready for our Design Day?
Completed content collection is a critical part of a successful Design Day. Please submit your content at least 72 hours prior to our Design Day. Not submitting your required content prior to the 72-hour mark will result in the day being rescheduled and a $300 holding fee to be assessed.

Why do you offer Design Days instead of traditional hourly work?
We offer Design Days because they allow us to best serve you with our undivided attention. Rather than jumping back and forth between clients, we can devote full attention to your brand, allowing us to serve you with efficient turnaround times and thoughtful, intentional design work.
Because the Design Day method is based on batch-working, we can maximize efficiency. An organized communication process and a dedicated design session actually allows us to spend less time per hour on each task, honoring your investment to the best of our ability.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Design Days are typically offered with a 50% retainer fee due upon booking to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining 50% is due by the end of our Design Day (before any final files are released). If a more flexible payment plan would be helpful for you, please feel free to ask.
What if I need additional hours to complete my projects?
A thoughtful Blueprint typically ensures that all planned tasks will be completed. However, if you decide that you would like to add more tasks to your Design Day, we can accommodate your requests with additional hours. For larger project scopes, multiple Design Days may be recommended.
